Initial situation
Mandü, a leading company in developing software for talent management, had a series of digital products; which were managed by a single external agent. Therefore, some problems arose:
- In the response times of the clients, since the attention was not usually immediate and the response time was long since a certain requirement was generated.
- There was a lack of an adequate measurement of the care provided, which generated a possible loss in the standardization of its service.
